John Inglis, JR.	Age: 67
Occupation: Manager and Vice President, Daley Discount Securities, Inc.

Education & Qualifications:

I have lived in San Mateo County all but one year of my life. I attended
College of San Mateo following graduation from Burlingame High School. Then
came two years of military service as a draftee in the Army. As for business, I
spent ten years in banking, a graduate of the American Institute of Banking,
then thirty-five years in the securities business - in stocks and bonds - San
Francisco and on the Peninsula. I am past president of the Peninsula Stock &
Bond Club. My wife and I have resided for 42 years in Menlo Park, and I have
been in business there for the past 21 years. I have served as treasurer of the
board and am currently President of the District.

If re-elected, I will continue to maintain a fiscally sound District responsive
to the community, and maintain and improve an environment of safety for our
employees and the public.
