   Education and Qualifications: San Jose State University and DeAnza
   College
   
   I am hard working, visionary, and competent with an excellent
   perspective of the city -- past, present and future. I have the time
   and dedication necessary to serve you as a Council member. My broad
   business background and volunteer service has given me the knowledge
   and experience to be an effective leader. I know how government works
   and the importance of listening to you and supporting your views with
   the Council.

     * Past President Lockheed Employees Recreation Association
     * Past member Lockheed Bucks-of-the-Month Committee

   My goals are:
     * Quality of Life: Ensure quiet safe neighborhoods, low cost city
       services, a state-of-the-art library, well-maintained parks,
       diversified recreation programs, improved senior services and a
       strong Public Safety Department
     * Land Use and Transportation: Maintain Sunnyvale's suburban
       atmosphere and continue to incorporate economic vitality and
       community stability
     * Housing: Preserve and protect single family low density
       neighborhoods and maintain zoning for mobile home parks
     * Moffett Federal Airfield: Maintain NASA's Federal stewardship,
       oppose general aviation, additional flights and ensure Sunnyvale
       provides leadership for Moffett's future
