Certified California Municipal Treasurer 1985, recertified 1990 & 1994

Member, Local Agency Investment Fund Advisory Board, a $17 Billion State pool
of public agency funds. Appointed by State Treasurer Kathleen Brown in 1991 and
1993. Appointed by State Treasurer Matt Fong in 1995. Only municipal treasurer
on this Board.

Officer, State Board of the California Municipal Treasurers Association.
Elected yearly since 1989 to represent Counties of San Mateo, San Francisco and
Marin.

Member, San Mateo County Credit Union Pension Plan Committee Appointed 1996.

These memberships ensure I know the safest and most prudent places to invest
your tax dollars.

As your City Treasurer, you have trusted me to competently manage City funds,
which requires
	* Constant monitoring of current market trends and new investment products 
	* Understanding and anticipating future market trends
	* Decision making for maximum safety and maximum yield,
	* Reconciling Finance Department balances to Bank balances
	* Working closely with local banking and investment communities
	* Providing support services to City Finance, Utilities and Payroll
Departments.

	* My husband Ed, our children and I have been homeowners and contributors
to our San Bruno community for 24 years.
