Education & Qualifications:

I have lived in the Bay Area all of my life and the last 5 years on the
Coastside. We moved to the coast because the East-Bay was grid-locked and now
grid-lock seems to be moving to the Coastside. The Coastside residents are
concerned about proposed development that will increase traffic, this question
needs to be addressed. I spent 14 years on the Oakland Community Development
Board and saw citizen participation in action. I firmly believe in the
democratic process, the vote of the people. Let the people vote on all proposed
development, that is the democratic process.

As a member of the Board, I will do all in my power to bring accountability and
credibility to the office.
