A replacement of a portion of an existing levy, being a reduction of 0.5 mill, to constitute a tax for the benefit of the City of Mt. Healthy, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of PROVIDING FIRE APPARATUS, NAMELY PURCHASE OF A NEW AMBULANCE AND THE PAYMENT OF PART-TIME FIRE FIGHTERS TO OPERATE THE SAME at a rate not exceeding two (2) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to twenty cents ($0.20) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 1999, first due in calendar year 2000.
