A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the City of Silverton, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding five (5) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to fifty cents ($0.50) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for two (2) years, commencing in 1999, first due in calendar year 2000.
