- Jury Reform

Referee Marckese supports jury reform. The per diem should be increased, daycare should be provided and "one day one jury" should be implemented if the resourses are available.
- Unification

Now that unification has passed, effective January 22, 2000, the court should use their best efforts to implement those procedures which would best serve the public.
- State Funding

State funding of the trial court system will guarentee a base dollar amount to be provided to the trial court system to enable, amoung other things, technical and facility improvements.
