  • Making serious progress in upgrading the court's computer systems to reduce juror inconvenience and the cost of litigation
  • Assuring the retention of capable and productive jurists through a reduction of caseloads and realistic increases in compensation
  • Responding timely to create new judicial positions when needed or fill existing but vacated seats to ensure the efficient administration of justice
