  • Graduate of the University of Southern California with B.S.M.S. in business, city government, urban regional planning and environmental studies.

  • Has knowledge of and has been an Arcadia resident for 35 years with family members who have lived in the city since 1947.

  • Former Deputy Sheriff, Deputy Probation Officer for Los Angeles County and Captain State Military Reserves.

  • Korean Veteran and Life member of American Legion.
