21st Century Skills for a 21st Century City

Paul Goulart is the only mayoral candidate offering 21st Century skills

With the exception of my technology background I would consider myself a pretty average citizen. There's plenty of political strength to draw upon from the current council members Jim Davis and Don Freitas and for the soon to be elected council members (I support Arne Simonsen and Fran Vaughn). I believe the citizens of Antioch will welcome me with open arms for offering my technology talent to the benefit of this community.

I look forward to being elected Mayor because I have so much to offer to this city.

First, there's the vision for a brighter future. Antioch youth could have the hope of learning the necessary skills to thrive in the electronic age if you will take the steps necessary to elect me your mayor.

Second, there's a vision for a less congested commute as we build technology centers and telecommute work spaces within the Antioch city limits. This will be a priority of mine if you will elect me your mayor.

Third, there's a vision that the political leadership in this city is driven by someone who is not a politician and has no ties to any special interests whatsoever. Leadership founded in the principles of integrity, honesty and a desire to insure that the voices of the public are heard and acted upon. That's what you'll find if you elect Paul Goulart mayor of Antioch.

I won't pretend to have all the answers to all the political questions, and I've probably made some mistakes in trying to answer some of the more political questions, outside my range of experience. I'm certain that the next council will be made up of 4 politically savvy individuals along with myself, who is intending to bring technology and common sense to the City of Antioch's Mayor's office.
