Larry Brilliant's Commitment to the Community of El Dorado Hills

As your Community Services District's Board Director I will be:

• Committed to representing only the interests of the community

• Committed to insuring that the community's parks and recreation facilities are safe and clean

• Committed to insuring that the Community Services District's operations are fiscally accountable to the community

• Committed to insuring greater involvement by the community in the development of short and long term planning and the prioritization of parks and recreational facilities

• Committed to increasing the number of baseball fields, soccer fields, aquatic facilities (competition and recreational swimming pools), basketball courts, tennis courts, children playgrounds and senior citizen's facilities within the community

• Committed to insuring the development of large community sport complex parks in areas that will not impact the quality of life of the community residences

• Committed to insuring that the placement of neighborhood parks will not impact the quality of life of the surrounding residences

• Committed to obtaining alternative sources of funding (acceptable to the community) to meet the community's needs for present and future recreational needs

• Committed to insuring that CC&R's enforcement and design review processes are administered in a fair, consistent and positive manner
