Priorities:
  • Top priorities are to protect the resource (water quality, water quantity, the people and devices which deliver the water), and to keep the rates low.
  • Another priority is to address the causes of water pollution along with the more traditional activity of building facilities to remove the pollution
  • Another priority is to begin using a longer time frame (150 years) rather than the typical 20 to 40 years typically used in water management.
