Public Service Experience: Chairman of the Investment Committee 1994-1996 Led the reorganization the investment process after Irvine lost $47 million in the Orange County Bankruptcy. Established proper investment policies, hired the new treasurer and reinvested the return funds in proper public fund investments.

Commissioner - Transportation and Infrastructure Commission Participated on various subcommittes and City traffic issues..

Commissioner - Planning Commission Participated on the El Toro Reuse Committee the Tustin Reuse Committee, the General Plan Update Committee, negotiated the early dedication of Bommer Canyon with the PA 27 approval, supported the Measure F campaign.
