Director; La Selva Beach Recreation District

• recent actions by the current LSB Recreation District Board precipitated by my philosophy:
- annual membership meetings
- use of a professional facilitator to insure efficient and fair dialog at the first annual meeting
- commitment to issue a "plans and accomplishments" letter to all taxpayers in the district, at least annually
- commitment to pursue joint projects with the LSB Improvement Association
- commitment to periodically make public clarification of the roles and responsibilities of the Recreation District, in similarity and in contrast with those of the Improvement Association
