• Active Duty, U.S. Naval Dental Corps Reserve (1982-1985) Rank of Lieutenant, Stationed at MCB Camp Pendleton Chosen for specialty training in Advanced Life Support Appointed Clinic Liaison Officer
• Dental Associate (1985-1990) Worked for James Sanford, DDS in Oceanside as an Associate Designated as coordinator for ongoing staff trainings.
• Owner, Proprietor of Private Dental Practice (1990-1998) Purchased the practice at 605 Cassidy Street Hired, trained and managed a staff of caring dental professionals Doubled production, collections and office space of practice (with same staffing) within 4 years Sold practice in February of 1998 to devote more time to family and also to community service
