Growth issues will continue into the future. I will continue to support a comprehensive plan that will provide for a continuation of orderly growth. The assurance that essential services are in place, prior to approval of any project. Currently, a community-wide based review and evaluation is underway. The "Tracy Tommorrow 2000" program will take a comprehensive look at issues in our community. The end product will have accomplished a review of past efforts, good, and bad, the establishment of new goals and objectives, and a set of recommendations to the City Council. The Tracy Tomorrow 2000 recommendations willbe the cornerstone to Tracy's future. I strongly support the efforts of this community based effort.
