- Led the enactment of new laws on Landscape Screening, Outdoor Lighting, Noise and Nuisance Controls, and Zoning Code Limits on house size.
- 21 years of experience as a land use attorney in the Bay Area, including interaction with city officials and land use controls throughout California.
- A career oriented around urban affairs, including experience as a municipal engineer, VISTA volunteer, and policy analyst on budgetary matters.

- To restore qualified, reasonable, and responsible leadership to our Town, and trust and credibility in its City Council.
- To prevent an already reduced police department from becoming further reduced and jeopardizing the security of our community.
- To achieve an affordable balanced operating budget to meet the daily service needs of residents in the most cost-effective manner.
