  • Finalize the Contract/Master Plan to build a new Peninsula Hospital
  • Inform the community on the major issues of the alliance with Sutter Health, prior to a "Contract Ratification" election.
  • Maximize the District's resources available for Health Care services by engaging the community in a more public decision-making process.
