COMMENTS AND ENDORSEMENTS

Clermont County Review, November 1, 1977

"For county Court Judge we support Robert Ringland, who has shown by his performance that he is abundantly qualified for the position."

Community Journal, October 24, 1982

"Robert Ringland, vying for the newly created third seat on the common pleas bench, has shown a consistently tough attitude in dealing with offenders while at the same time demonstrating farsightedness and ingenuity. His innovative work-release program to deal with jail over-crowding and his persistence in pressuring the county commissioners to deal with the problem are exemplary. He fits in well with a common pleas court we think will show both a conservative approach to justice and innovative insight into the problems of the modern-day system.

Clermont Courier, October 28, 1982

"Two slots will be filled in the race for Judge of the Clermont County Common Pleas Court this November. In one of those positions, Clermont Newspapers, Inc. would like to see Robert Ringland.
Ringland, 36 is presently a County Court Judge and a word frequently heard concerning his performance is 'integrity.' Judge Ringland has extensive experience in his field... As presiding judge of Clermont County's Court, Judge Ringland has worked well with agencies and departments related to county court. He has coordinated new programs such as the

innovative regular meetings attended by judges, the Clerk of Courts, the Sheriff and other law enforcement officials, the County Prosecutor and members of the Council on Alcoholism, the Board of Mental Health and Family Service .... Those of us on the editorial staff who have seen Robert Ringland in his courtroom have been impressed with his efficiency, his manner, and his apparent sense of fairness ...
