- Downtown Revitalization
-
By being proactive, going after the types of businesses, restaurants, and shops we desire, we can make downtown Livermore a vibrant destination and a source of pride for the citizens of Livermore.
- Jobs / Housing Match - Affordable Housing
-
All sides of the development issue realize we have a crisis in the lack of affordable housing. This problem is hightened when one looks at the jobs / housing match; the fact that a majority of Livermore jobs are filled by workers who can not afford to live in Livermore. While the city's inclusionary ordinance and various assistance programs help, we can do better. Proactively, we can and must resolve this crisis.
- Traffic
-
Traffic on city streets has reached unbearable proportions. Currently, the City addresses this issue on a piecemeal basis. Traffic congestion is a City-wide problems and must be proactively addressed on a City-wide basis.
