  • Ensure that HCSD is directed primarily by residential customers like myself, not by those with conflicting interests such as building contractors
  • Keep our rates as low as possible while maintaining quality and reliability
  • Invest wisely in capital improvements that reduce maintenance & operating costs, improve service & reliability, and provide for future growth
