Providing the best teachers and instructors for our studentsMy feeling is that the students of our District needs to have the very best of teachers and instructors that we, as a Board of Trustee's, can provide. This will mean that we may have to pay a better salary to entice those individuals to apply for a position with Fortuna Union High School and those teachers that we now employ, we need to make sure that they are up to date on their respective subjects in order to teach their students. This would probably mean that we will have to try and come up with some alternative income to accomplish this. |
