Environmental Experience:

Constructed a 5-acre tidal marsh and 5 miles of bay trail as part of the Richmond Parkway Project. Worked with Bay Conservation and Development commission, Army Corps of Engineers, Regional Water Quality Control Board, and various other State, Federal, and Local agencies to develop a 7 mile Expressway, adjacent to San Pablo Bay, in a environmentally sensitive manner.
