  • A master plan to systematically replace all underground utilities: sewer, water, recycled water, gas, electric, cable, fiber, and telephone
  • A twenty-year plan to build 33 clean mini-power plants around the City with underground lines
  • Free electricity and free parking for one-person electric vehicles.
Position Papers
Buying obsolete PG&E assets?
I do not support buying PG&E's assets. The transmission system used by PG& E was developed in the 19th century and is aging and obsolete. If we buy it, we will have to pay to remove it and replace it. As a building contractor, I propose slowly, over a twenty-year period, building an innovative 21st century underground distribution system that competes with PG&E to better serve San Francisco customers.
A School of Innovation
Imagine having a School of Innovation where we teach young San Francisco students to think creatively for the ever changing jobs of the 21st century that demand constant innovation.
Can a Municipal Utility District create more parking in San Francisco neighborhoods?
I want to see San Francisco become the world leader in electric cars by 2008. I want to see a two two-car electric charger/parking meters on every city block in four years.
