Foster City Moment of Silence honoring 9/11 victims and the consequences of an economic downturn on Foster City's economy. Foster City's budget plan for this is in place.
Rent Control is not the solution.
In times of prosperity the Foster City Council hears requests for Rent Control. Stopping "landlord greed" is the justification. Rent Control is not the solution.
Public Private Partnerships
A Public Private Partnership in which Foster City leases land to the PJCC and the Episcopal School of the Peninsula will provide facilities that are otherwise unaffordable.
