A replacement of a portion of an existing levy, being a reduction of .75 mills, to constitute a tax for the benefit of the Village of Cleves, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding two and twenty-five hundredths (2.25) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to twenty-two and five-tenths cents ($0.225) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2001, first due in calendar year 2002.
