A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the City of North College Hill, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENTS TO SIDEWALKS, CURBS, GUTTERS AND THE CONSTRUCTION, RESURFACING, GRADING OR DRAINAGE OF ROADS, HIGHWAYS, STREETS OR ALLEYS at a rate not exceeding four and eight-tenths (4.8) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to forty-eight cents ($0.48) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2001, first due in calendar year 2002.
