1. How would you implement your top priority?

Answer from Beth Mattingly:
For the past several months, I and other court and mental health officials have been meeting with the goal of developing a Mental Health Court in Hamilton County. A Mental Health Court is essential to providing effective treatment for seriously mentally ill offenders who constantly cycle through the criminal justice system. With compassionate treatment and strict monitoring, I believe that many offenders can live productive lives and enhance the safety of our community.
