How do we, as a district, continue our strive for excellence without asking for additional funds?Reading is not a rich community, but citizens here have always realized that quality education isn't cheap. The taxpayers have always anted up when asked. I don't think people can afford much more at this time, so our Board will need to come up with a plan to continue our strive for excellence while staying within our budgetary limits. It won't be an easy task, but I would like to try. |
