The Hayward City Council needs to prioritize their spending in order to provide the best possible service to the citizens of Hayward.
Improve Hayward Business Climate
Haywards' downtown was put into a Redevelopment Agency in 1975. The agency has been amended nine times and all that we have to show for the 27 years of redevelopment is a new city hall, Albertsons, townhouses and a parking garage.
Affordable housing needed for our children and their children
When an affordable house is purchased, it should be with the stipulation that it will remain affordable for the life of the house.
