Biographical Highlights
  • Occupation: Deputy District Attorney
  • Prosecutor for over 20 yrears, with 5 years working in the crime lab for L.A.P.D. I have prosecuted all types of cases including death penalty cases.
  • Military JAG Officer for over 19 years, I have presided over courts-marial and hearings, in the miliary equivalent of a judicial officer.
  • As a JAG Officer I was activated for desert storm, and I was recently activated for Sept. 11, enduring freedom.
  • As a criminalist, forensic chemist, for LAPD, I worked on crime scenes, collected trace evidence and testified in court as an expert witness.
  • I was also the elected district attorney in another county, wherein I supervised prosecutors, staff, and handled a budget in the millions.
  • I support the death penalty, and the use of three strikes for violent individuals. I have convicted and sent to prison hundreds of criminals.
