It's hard to think of a better-qualified candidate for Sheriff than Terry Kaiser. For more than thirty years, law enforcement has been the focus of Terry's life. For Terry, it's more than a career, it's a commitment, a commitment to see justice done, lawbreakers apprehended, and the lives and property of the people of Monterey County protected. Terry currently holds the rank of Investigative Staff Sergeant and supervisor of the Property Crimes Unit.
