• ELECT DEMOCRATS - I have managed/coordinated campaigns and worked in other capacities for many local Democratic candidates for SMUD Board, City Council, County Supervisor, local school boards, and the Los Rios Community College District. I have organized campaign tabling activities at local college campuses.

• ENDORSE AND PROMOTE CANDIDATES, ISSUES, RESOLLUTIONS, AND BALLOT MEASURES that support workers/working families (including the proposed local LIVING WAGE ORDINANCE), health care reform, women's rights (including the right to choose), environmental protections, lesbian/gay rights (including Domestic Partnerships).

• REGISTER VOTERS - Coordinated voter registration volunteers through the Sacramento County Democratic Central Committee and local campaigns since 1986. For the past several years, I have coordinated the Sacramento County Democratic Central Committee Day at the State Fair booth.

• ORGANIZE GET-OUT-THE-VOTE (GOTV) DRIVES - During the 2000 coordinated campaign, was instrumental in coordinating a large staff of volunteers that phoned and walked over 350 precincts in Sacramento County, resulting in over 35,000 voter contacts. During previous campaigns, I organized and volunteered for several phone bank GOTV drives.

• FUNDRAISE - Have organized and participated in fundraising events/activities for Democratic candidates and issues.

• Member, JFK Democratic Club.

• Served three terms as Chair and two terms as Secretary of the former Coalition of Democratic Clubs of Sacramento County.

• Organized CSUS Young Democrats with the help of my instructor and advisor, Joe Serna, Jr.

• Founding member of the Sacramento County Young Democrats.
