Top Priorities if Elected |
- Reduce class sizes in grades 3-6 by putting all the extra Blueprint Supervisors with children instead of looking over the shoulders of teachers.
 - Focus on making children SELF SUFFICIENT when they graduate instead of just being test-wise.
 - Strive for accurate and honest reporting of the School District's successes and failures.

 - Reducing class size by placing more qualified teachers in classrooms!
 -
The layer of experts looking over the shoulders of teachers could raise student achievement more if they taught instead of supervised.
 - Self sufficiency is different than test scores or UC a-g courses!
 -
Perhaps Public Eduation leaders have set the wrong goals. If kids leave school with "C" grades in classes preparing them for the UC system, does that make them SELF-SUFFICIENT? Is student achievement only measured by tests? A balanced education should result in informed citizens able to take care of themselves!
