There should be more compassion from legilators for low-incom fixed elderly by improving residential conditions.

Greater responsibility on policies, budgets, and criteria should be shifted to parent/teacher collaborations.
Public Transportation
Local and state politicians should refrain from preaching the merits of reducing auto use until refining public transport facilities.
