PRIORITIES AND STANDARDS

We need to attain and maintain higher transportation and safety service levels.
Setting priorities are as important to healthy, functional government as they are to healthy, functional families. I will call on Council to ask our city manager to bring forward a top ten-priority list for public discussion and Council adoption. Each priority would include a desired Level Of Service (LOS) that we would expect to attain and maintain for future public scrutiny. I expect our local governments to provide basic services that are fully funded. High community support is needed for spending on discretionary projects. Every expenditure needs to be an investment.
