  • Effect transferless bus service between Union City Bart, Cedar Blvd, and up Mowry Blvd to Niles.
  • Effect 7-days' service to Quarry Lakes Regional Park entrance off Isherwood Way from Paseo Padre Pkwy and Niles Blvd with diesel-free small buses.
