  • Balance the budget by continuing to stream line the bureaucracy with greater efficiency, and encouraging new businesses especially green businesses.
  • Improve public safety and services to our commercial and neighborhood areas; responding to residents' and merchants' concerns.
  • Programs for youth, seniors, disabled and those in need including more affordable housing, improved parks and recreation centers.
