Abraham Lincoln's statement regarding his intention to do what "will preserve the union" is etched on my mind. I am deeply concerned that our America has over-reached on imported oil, and needs to regain a better fallback position via a more balanced transportation policy, along with a renewables energy infrastructure-acted upon with all due haste.
