Through maintaining a quality of life by Code Enforcement and projecting a positive image for Santa Ana.Utilize community preservation and code enforcement departments to maintain a positive image by putting emphasis on over-crowding conditions, residential parking, and improper storage of equipment, and lack of upkeep maintenance on homes and public buildings, parks and recreation areas. Specific problems with specific projects, those in-place and those planned to be reviewed with an emphasis on what is best for the community citizens. Very closely study the impact on local citizens of large projects such as the One Broadway Plaza high-rise and the Metroline from a physical and environmental aspect as well as the city-wide economic impact. |
