- General Plan Vision
 -
San Juan's General Plan was adopted to preserve and enhance the present character of our historical and rural village-like community with abundant open space. This character is reflected in balancing development with the preservation of our natural resources, historical heritage and natural beauty. Like a constitution, the General Plan should guide our elected officials in determining our future and evaluating appropriate development.
 - Vision for Our Town Center
 -
San Juan should have a "world-renowned" Historic Town Center that is pedestrian-oriented, commercially successful and that exudes a welcoming, unique and historical ambience to visitors and residents, both day and night.
