Candidate for
Board Member; Brea Olinda Unified School District

My wife Kathy and I have two sons, Andrew and Christopher, both currently enrolled at Brea Olinda High School. I have lived in this area for thirty-two years. Kathy and I moved to Brea in 1990 to ensure both boys would attend Brea schools. I believe education is a gift. Quality education is a precious gift. I also believe education through the Brea Olinda Unified School District is priceless. Andrew, a senior and Christopher, a freshman at BOHS have gone through the entire Brea system. It has truly been a priceless experience that we will be forever grateful.

This is one of the main reasons I am seeking a seat on the Board of Education. In some small way I would like to use my experience and knowledge for the benefit of this district.

• Business Division Administrative Assistant, 3 years (Responsible for: Transportation, Maintenance & Operations, Facilities Planning, Police Services, Organization of a $92 Million Bond, Director of Public Safety)

• Fanning Elementary School Site Council
• Brea Junior High School Site Council
• Brea Olinda Band Booster Treasurer
• Honorary Service Award presented by Parent Teacher Student Association
