I think that we need to make the service departments within the city "PEOPLE FRIENDLY".
The biggest part of America is the Mom & Pop businesses. We need to make the process to establish Mom & Pop businesses as simple as possable. 80% of the working businesses in America are Mom & Pop businesses.
