I will utilize my own independent focus groups with campus staff and parents within my district area.
To improve communication, I will incorporate a hands on approach by routinely sitting in on classes. I will also utilize my own independent focus groups for campus staff and parents so as to more effectively listen to the compliments, suggestions or criticism regarding the district and the individual schools in my district area.
