When elected, I will encourage responsible, community sensitive housing development and rehabilitation projects.
When elected, I will work to foster and encourage new housing development and rehabilitation opportunities throughout the city, encouraging efficient urban design, particularly in transit corridors. I will encourage the development of a modernized civic center in anticipation of future growth. I will personally work to foster home ownership by sponsoring home buying workshops and seminars.
