Candidate for
Council Member; City of Vista

I am a Foot Specialist (Podiatrist) in the City of Vista. I am 55 years old and my wife's name is Vicki and I have six children though only one still lives at home. I have been in practice in Vista for over 20 years. I served in the US Army Green Berets and have the bronze Star medal for service in Vietnam. I attended San Diego State upon discharge and graduated from CCPM (Calif College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco). I am currently a member of the VFW, Kiwanis, the VVBA, North County Scots and Masons. I have previously served on the Board of Directors of the Vista Chamber of Commerce.
I am currently working to clean up the "Dirt Patch" in Vista and complete the Downtown Renovation Project. I want to decrease the city's frequent use of special assessment districts that often hurt our local citizens while attempting to increase cash flow to the City. I also want to decrease the City's use of "consultants" that are costly and rarely productive.
