Based on 1 acre sites 1/4 Building 1/2 Parking 15% Landscape Each participating nation builds wholesale/retail/Internet sales center Building specifications to local code Art, landscape and Cultural features developed and selected by the individual host countries

BENEFITS

Makes Vista a destination City with SOMETHING no one else has. Puts us on the international map as a trade and cultural center open to all. Brings in $15,000,000 rather than $3,000,000 for the property with more sales tax revenue. Promotes peace through prosperity and communication. Consumers benefit from head to head competition. Giving everyone a chance is the American way. CANNOT BE CONTROLLED BY WRONG PEOPLE LIKE OTHER VISTA PROJECTS!!!
