- Redevelopment Agencies
 -
Redevelopment Agencies are very useful when used properly. I strongly support redevelopment agencies that do not have the power of imminent domain. I just as strongly will oppose redevelopment agencies that have the power of imminent domain.
 - Water
 -
Water is vital for any community to thrive or even survive. Lodi's economy is driven by agriculture which also relies heavily on water. If Lodi is to have a future in a State with a quickly growing population the leaders of Lodi MUST be willing to fight for our water, I am.
 - Government spending and waste
 -
Lodi has an excellent credit rating and a track record of being a fiscally responsible steward of tax dollars. I intend to keep it that way.
