Tracy Planning Commission, 1988 - 1990; 1990 - 1994 Tracy City Council; 1994 - present Mayor; Member and Past Chair, San Joaquin Council of Governments; Member and current Chair, LAFCO (Local Agency Formation Commission, San Joaquin County); Board Member of the San Joaquin Partnership (Public and Private Partnership for Economic Development); Member and current Co-Chair of the Inter-Regional Partnership (5 county inter-regional job/housing balance committee).
