• Retired in 1998 from Los Angeles Department of Water & Power with 30 years of service

• Employed as a Project Manger in April 1999 with Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation (CEDC). CEDC is the premier non-profit developer of affordable and work force housing in Ventura County.
